Rescuing a Real Estate Agency From a PHP Site Nobody Could Fix

A Turkish real estate agency serving Arab and international property buyers had been trapped for years on a custom PHP website that was slow, constantly breaking, and so poorly built that every developer brought in to fix it gave up. With 650 properties, heavy media requirements, and a multilingual audience across six languages, they needed a complete rescue and rebuild — not another patch. I migrated everything, rebuilt the full infrastructure on a stable scalable foundation, and handed off a platform their team could actually operate.
