Engineered a complete, fully automated digital supply chain and omnichannel webstore for High Quality Motor Service. This project went far beyond standard web development; it required architecting a “Single Source of Truth” ecosystem that bridged their physical warehouse operations with global online sales. I deployed a heavy-duty WooCommerce infrastructure and integrated it directly with their ERP, multiple shipping carriers, and external marketplaces to eliminate manual data entry and prevent inventory desynchronization.
Engineering & Operational Deliverables:
- Zoho Inventory ERP Integration: Built a robust, bi-directional sync between the WooCommerce frontend and Zoho Inventory. This ensures that complex technical SKUs—including heavy diesel and motor parts—are perfectly mirrored. Whenever a physical part is received in the warehouse or sold online, pricing and stock levels update globally in real-time.
- Multi-Channel eBay Synchronization: Architected an omnichannel sales loop by integrating the central inventory system with eBay. A sale on the webstore instantly reduces available stock on eBay (and vice versa), completely eliminating the risk of overselling and protecting the brand’s seller metrics.
- Dynamic Global Logistics (UPS, USPS, FedEx): Motor parts have highly variable dimensional weights and shipping requirements. I integrated live carrier APIs (UPS, USPS, and FedEx) directly into the checkout pipeline. This system automatically calculates real-time, accurate freight and parcel costs based on the customer’s exact location and cart contents, protecting the business’s profit margins from shipping miscalculations.
- Secure Payment Infrastructure: Deployed and rigidly configured Stripe as the primary payment gateway, ensuring a frictionless, highly secure checkout process capable of handling high-ticket commercial orders.
- B2B & B2C UI/UX Execution: Designed a fast, highly navigable frontend architecture. Despite the massive amount of relational data running in the background, the user interface remains clean, allowing both commercial mechanics and individual consumers to search, filter, and purchase complex parts instantly.
Business Impact: By connecting the WooCommerce storefront, Zoho ERP, shipping logistics, and eBay into one cohesive loop, the business drastically lowered its operational overhead. The sales team no longer manually inputs tracking numbers, updates stock, or calculates shipping—the digital infrastructure handles the entire lifecycle of the transaction automatically.
