An end-to-end digital infrastructure and operational partnership for a prominent law firm in Türkiye. Operating as the firm’s dedicated technical arm, I architected and continue to manage their entire digital ecosystem—from the public-facing multilingual website and brand identity to the internal lead management systems. This project goes beyond standard web development; it is a comprehensive technical management role encompassing content strategy, social media profiling, and custom software engineering.

- Custom Legal CRM Infrastructure: Instead of forcing the firm into a bloated, generic legal SaaS, I engineered a bespoke, lightweight CRM directly into their WordPress backend using ACF Pro and custom PHP. This system securely captures, routes, and manages sensitive legal inquiries and client pipelines from start to finish.
- End-to-End Brand & Digital Presence: Executed the complete creative and technical launch. This included full UI/UX design, copywriting, establishing the firm’s visual identity, and structuring their complete social media profiling to project high-level legal authority.
- Multilingual Legal Portal: Architected a robust multilingual foundation capable of serving both local Turkish clients and international legal consulting inquiries, ensuring complex legal terminology is accurately represented across language boundaries.
- Real-Time Lead Capture & Routing: Integrated and configured Tawk.to live chat directly into the site’s architecture. This allows the firm to capture real-time inquiries and instantly route high-value leads to available attorneys without friction.
- Ongoing Technical Operations: Serve as the continuous technical partner, handling all server maintenance, content updates, and system optimizations so the legal team can focus entirely on their caseload without worrying about digital overhead.
