An end-to-end, zero-to-one digital infrastructure project for a specialized female real estate agent in Türkiye. Unlike traditional property portals that rely on massive, filterable inventories, this platform was architected as a high-converting, landing-page-centric ecosystem. I managed and executed the entire lifecycle of the business’s digital presence—from conceptualizing the brand name and designing the logo, to configuring the servers, writing the content, and developing a custom operational backend.
Engineering & Operational Deliverables:
- End-to-End Brand & Infrastructure Setup: Executed the complete technical and creative launch. This included domain and hosting configuration, logo design, typography and color system selection, social media account structuring, and copywriting.
- Landing-Page-Centric Architecture: Deeply modified the WoodMart theme to strip out standard e-commerce and generic real estate exploration features (like city/type filters). Instead, the site is built to route traffic directly to highly optimized, standalone landing pages for specific real estate projects to maximize conversion rates.
- Custom Frontend Mini-CRM: Engineered a bespoke operational backend using ACF Pro and custom PHP. Rather than forcing the client to use a bloated third-party SaaS, I built a lightweight CRM directly into the platform.
- Bespoke Booking Plugin: Developed a custom-written WordPress plugin to handle the frontend CRM interface, allowing leads to seamlessly book appointments and calls. The data routes directly into the custom backend, creating a frictionless lead management pipeline for the agent.
- Multilingual Deployment: Configured the platform to support seamless cross-border marketing, ensuring the high-ticket landing pages perform flawlessly across different languages.
